Yes, completely. Templates are starting points — not locked designs. You can change every element: colours, fonts, images, text, layout blocks, and section structure. If you have set up your Brand Kit (primary colour, secondary colour, font, logo), you can apply those to any template in a single click. Individual elements can then be adjusted further in the drag-and-drop builder without any restrictions.
Yes. All Migomail templates are built using table-based HTML layouts and inline CSS that render correctly in Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, Outlook 2021, and Outlook.com. This is verified by running inbox preview renders across all major Outlook versions before a template is added to the library. If you encounter an Outlook rendering issue with any template, report it through the Help Center and our team will fix it.

Yes. Once you have customised a template to your liking, use "Save as Template" to add it to your account's saved template library. Saved templates appear alongside the default library and can be used as the starting point for future campaigns. You can have an unlimited number of saved templates. Teams on Growth and Pro plans can share saved templates across all team member accounts.
Migomail adds new templates to the library monthly. New templates are designed based on customer requests, seasonal campaign needs, and evolving email design trends. If you need a specific template type that does not currently exist in the library, submit a request through the Help Center — frequently requested template types are prioritised in the production queue.
Yes. You can export any template — standard library templates or your customised versions — as clean HTML using the Export HTML button in the builder. The exported HTML includes inline CSS and is production-ready for use in any SMTP sender, email platform, or custom sending infrastructure. Note that the exported HTML is processed with Outlook-compatible table layouts and inline CSS — it will not include Migomail-specific merge tag syntax unless you handle tag substitution in your own system.
