All Migomail plans include unlimited email sends, subject to a fair use guideline of up to 15× your subscriber count per month. For example, a 10,000-subscriber plan allows up to 150,000 sends per month — equivalent to sending every subscriber an email every 2–3 days. Burst sending above this guideline is supported with advance notice. Transactional email (OTP, receipts, notifications) is excluded from this guideline. Everything you need to know about Migomail's pricing.
You pay based on the number of subscribers in your account — not the number of emails you send. Every plan allows unlimited email sends per month (subject to our 15× fair use guideline). If you have 10,000 subscribers, you can send up to 150,000 emails per month across all your campaigns and automations. You are never charged per email.
If your subscriber count grows beyond your current plan limit, Migomail will notify you when you are within 10% of your limit. You can upgrade to the next plan at any time from your account dashboard. There are no automatic overage charges — your sending continues normally, and you have up to 30 days from the notification to upgrade before new subscribers are paused from receiving emails.
Our fair use guideline is 15× your subscriber count per month. For a 10,000-subscriber plan, that is 150,000 sends per month — enough for daily emails to every subscriber. Most businesses send far less than this. If you have a legitimate need to send above this guideline (e.g., event-triggered transactional sends at high volume), contact our team and we'll accommodate it with no additional charge. We only restrict accounts that are sending obvious spam.
Yes. You can switch billing cycles at any point. If you switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle, we apply the prorated credit from your current cycle toward the new annual plan. Switching from annual to monthly is available at the end of your annual billing period. All billing cycle changes take effect immediately for upgrades.
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you choose a billing cycle and enter your payment details. If you decide not to continue, your account automatically drops to the Free plan (up to 500 subscribers) — you never lose your data.
INR pricing shown on this page is exclusive of 18% GST. GST is added at checkout for Indian customers. If you are a GST-registered business, enter your GSTIN at checkout to receive a compliant GST invoice. USD pricing is exclusive of any applicable local taxes for international customers.
Migomail sets INR prices independently — they are not a direct currency conversion. INR prices are fixed in rupees and do not fluctuate with USD exchange rates. If you are billed in INR, your renewal price is fixed at the INR rate shown at the time of subscription (no exchange rate surprises).
Yes. If you need a plan for a subscriber count between our standard tiers (for example, exactly 25,000 subscribers), or if you need multiple accounts, a white-label arrangement, or custom contract terms, contact our sales team. We regularly set up custom plans for agencies, enterprises, and businesses with specific requirements.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay), debit cards, and UPI for INR payments. For annual and Enterprise plans, we also accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS for INR, wire transfer for USD) with prior arrangement. GST-registered Indian businesses can request a purchase order workflow.
Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. For quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of longer billing periods, but you retain full access until the period ends. Upon cancellation, your account moves to the Free plan (500 subscribers).
