Setup

Connect in 3 Steps

Authenticate with HubSpot OAuth
Click Connect HubSpot in Migomail settings. You will be redirected to HubSpot to authorise Migomail via OAuth — no API keys needed.

Map contact properties and lists
Choose which HubSpot contact properties map to Migomail fields. Select which HubSpot lists sync to which Migomail audiences.

Configure triggers and write-back
Set which deal stage changes trigger Migomail campaigns, and whether email engagement (opens, clicks) writes back to HubSpot contact activity.
